Instructions and Guidelines for ORAL Presentations
Thank you for participating in the 1st World Congress on Ga-68
and Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRNT) as faculty.
Please submit your presentations to the speaker ready room upon your arrival if you not already done so via the advanced speaker upload site (see information provided by email).
Also please let us know if you habe questions or need anything.
Speaker Ready Room / Presentation Check-in
If you do not submit your presentation in advance, you are asked to bring it to the Speaker Ready Room on site at the Congress Center to ensure the quality of your presentation(s) including fonts, bullets, outlines, animations, etc. The Speaker Ready Room computer is configured with the same hardware and software as the one in the meeting room. All presenters are asked to submit their presentations
no later than 2 hours prior to their presentation time.
The Speaker Ready Room / Presentation Check-in is located in the registration area just near the Congress Center (Station 33).
